Boss Lady Brand Inc. was founded for the woman who refuses small. The one closing rounds in a hoodie, taking meetings in heels, and ending the day at the gym still standing taller than when she started.
We started this brand because the apparel market — even in 2026 — still hands women either gendered cliché or a watered-down version of menswear. We didn't want either. We wanted a premium silhouette, heavyweight cotton, and a wordmark loud enough to read in a Zoom thumbnail.

Every piece is designed in NYC, ethically manufactured in Portugal, and quality-checked by hand before it ships. We're a small team of women, building for women.

Our packaging is 100% recycled and our garments are produced under Portugal's strictest labor standards. We publish our supply chain annually because transparency isn't optional.
